Daniel Schulke is a writer on the subjects of folk magic, comparative religion, and occult herbalism. His essays have appeared in the journals Starfire, Viridis Genii, The Cauldron, and Abraxas. Schulke is the general editor of the ‘Western Esotericism in Context’ book series, and author of the 2012 book Veneficium: Witchcraft, Magic and the Poison Path, now in its second edition. His newest title, Arcana Viridia (‘The Green Mysteries’) a work exploring the spiritual properties of plants, illustrated by Benjamin A. Vierling, will be released in Spring 2023.
